Billfish Series
will mark the
eight year of
this world-class
tournament. In
January and February
of this year 43
teams from the
United Sates,
Nicaragua and
Russia battled
it out releasing
1014 billfish
during six days
of competition.
The calm waters
around Los Sueños
Marina proved
once more to be
one of the best
fisheries in the
world.
There is good
reason why amongst
sport fishing
enthusiasts the
Los Sueños
tournaments are
considered to
be one of the
finest. Terrific
teams, excellent
fishing and good
fun in a setting
beyond compare.
Entries for the
2011 Los Sueños
Billfish Series
(January 26-29
and March 02-05,
2011) are now
being accepted.
The total jackpot
for the series
is expected to
exceed $ 300,000
with an additional
$ 50,000 going
to the Series
Champion.
